Uzbekistan
The first NDC submission of Uzbekistan contributes highly, among others, to SDG 7 'Affordable and Clean Energy' (16%) and SDG 9 'Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure' (16%). For SDG 7 contributions relate to Target '7.3 Double the rate of improvement in energy efficiency' (67%) and Target '7.2 Increase share of renewable energy' (33%). Here, some of the main climate actions are related to 'Energy efficiency' (46%) and 'Solar energy' (15%). For SDG 9 some of the highest contributions relate to Target '9.4 Upgrade infrastructure, increase resource efficiency and adopt clean technologies' (50%) and Target '9.1 Develop resilient and sustainable infrastructure with access for all' (17%). Here, some of the main climate actions are related to 'Efficient use of resources' (25%) and 'Infrastructures upgrade' (19%).
